CONCEPT DESIGN
Work with the customer’s design team to refine existing plans to ensure first-class Spa experiences are created.
Step 1: Preparation of Adjacency plans - Zoning
Step 2: Concept Design
Step 3: Preparation of Mood Boards & Samples
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Preparation of schematic drawings which will “prove” the concept design and ensure everything fits into the building.
Schedule of Costs with budget/target prices can also be provided.
DETAILED DESIGN
Refine the schematic design and prepare detailed floor plans and sectional elevations.
Provide Technical details for all MEP connection points at feature locations and incorporate supporting documentation for performance specifications.
TENDER DOCUMENTATION
Prepare a full package of quality drawings, technical specifications and schedules for all facilities and equipment within scope of work to enable bids to be invited.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
Visit the site on a regular basis to ensure that the
spa installation contractor complies with the design specification
COMMISSIONING & HAND-OVER
Witness final testing and commissioning of all Spa Wet area equipment
